    I was online for hours looking for a workout like this. Most are complicated, and require expensive equipment, or Gym memberships. Your workout is EXACTLY what I was looking for! ‘im currently 271.2lbs. (15lbs. down from 286 on 9/14/2008) with no excercise and eating right (No Junk food, starches, HFCS, Refined sugar, or carbs). Just lots of fruit, lean puoltry, nuts and veggies. With your workout in my arsenal, I’ll drop weight like a bad habit!!! Than you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

  9. we do 20 minutes workout for 3 times a week? or are we aloud to do 7 times a week?

  10. it is brutal baby, but it simply and effective!

    the two 10-minute workouts if all you’d want or need to do, anything after that and the intensity tends to fade, thus leading to diminishing returns to the workout

    we recommend 3 total body resistance training workouts per with at least 48 hours between each workout (e.g. M, W, F). for best results, perform 20 minutes of cardio interval training on your non-resistance training 3x per week (e.g. T, TH, SAT)

    after a minute or two ..but i guss i can get use to it
    how many times a week??? and do i just do the 2 ten min workouts???
