  7. if your abs arent sore the next day than you should probably be working them harder. you can work your abs everyday, but if they arent sore than you should be working harder

  10. different for everyone but I find abs recover really fast some people can do them everyday b/c they don’t really get damaged from overtraining like other muscle do atleast mine don’t

    I have noticed that a lot of people breathe and over-work too hard when doing exercises. It is good to keep calm and under your control because breathing harder and harder means you are overworking.

  13. well your abs and core are so large and powerful that they recover much quicker than other muscles in your body but you should rest in between ab workouts you should do abs 3 times a week

  14. this guy probably works out too much cuz his voice is soo coarse

  16. that’s true a lot of bodybuilders recommend to let the abs rest so they can grow and adding weight is also a good idea, just like you would do with any other muscle.

  18. Bob, aren’t abs like any other muscle? why exercise every time your at the gym vs letting it rest and do it only once or twice a week?
    Woun’t be betther include weight training when working abs?
