Get Six Pack Abs

I am a mother of three and want to have flat abs. I really want to get rid of the small “pudge” or “pouch” in my lower abs from having children. The problem that I have is I have two rods and 8 screws in my lower back, which doesn’t allow me to do sit ups or crunches anymore, not that I liked them in the first place. Due to the hardware in my lower back I have lost some of the ability to bend at the waist and lost some of the ability to twist at the waist. Can anyone recommend any type of exercise that I can do given what I am dealing with that will flatten my abs? Thanks for reading
