Targetted weight reduction is quite hard, many would state impossible, however the sole diet which clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I worked off 25 pounds, it clearly does produce results!

Jogging, Jump Roping, just good cardio, and watch what you eat
ny
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Do 200 situps or crunches a day. After 30 days, you will DEFINITELY notice a difference, but you actually need to stick with it.
Don’t do a major diet. Just eat fresh vegetables (or cook them yourself in boiling water), fruits, and meat like chicken and fish. If you want to eat grains (bread, pasta, bagels), eat whole wheat. If you skip them altogether, you’ll lose more weight more quickly. I wouldn’t recommend doing that for your whole life,t hough, because grains are good for you.
Avoid things that are fried or breaded (like chicken nuggets, french fries), and avoid sugar. If you do these things for 30 days, you will notice a major difference.
Also, laugh a lot. It does wonders for the abs.

ok this plan will only work if you follow every step of it. first you need to be watching what you eat. eat fruits and vegetables at every meal. stay away from candy and sugars like donuts, poptarts and cookies. the average person consumes about 2000 calories a day and on most of the products you consume it will tell you how many calories are in that product. so keep track of calories and keep at 2000 a day. calories are energy so when you don’t burn all that energy it is stored as fat in your body making you gain weight. so too many calories=more fat. don’t think if you don’t eat for a while you’ll just drop the pound like that either. the best way is to burn those calories. try to run about a mile twice a week and go to the gym for about half an hour monday wednesday and friday. lift light weight and try to do as many reps as you can. you can ask insructors at the gym to point out the ab machines and use those. this should work very well. if you have any questions send me a message

this is completely doable! just take it one step at a time.
sit ups are very important for a flat stomach. try to do 5-10 minutes of sit ups every day (you can do some in the morning and some at night, break it up however you want). a good technique is putting on a song and doing sit ups while the song plays. when it finishes, your time is up!
activities like swimming and surfing are also great for the abdominal muscles, and you can forget you’re actually working out.
try to make breakfast your biggest meal, with a small dinner. for breakfast you should eat foods that will fuel you in the day – for example scrambled eggs, fat-free yogurt, bananas, oatmeal (not instant – it’s full of sugar) and nuts. also be sure to add lots of fruit – it is low calorie, made up of mostly water and tastes sweet =)
snacks like mixed vegetables with low-fat dip are a great choice, because they fill you up, energize you and are extremely low calorie. you should try to keep carbs at a minimum.
for dinner, try a mixed vegetable stir fry with tofu. you can add soy sauce for flavoring. it tastes really good and it’s very healthy. also try soup for this meal – it will fill you up but since it’s a water-based meal it has fewer calories than most ‘dinner’ foods.
good luck!!
