Can you recommend a weight loss pill?

kmarbone asked:

Could someone please recommend an OTC weight loss pill that works? Something all natural that won’t make me jumpy and jittery would be great but I’ll take any suggestions.

I have a hypothyroid disorder (slow thyroid) which is completely sabotoging my weight loss. I am religious about my diet and exercise 4-5 days a week and I cannot lose this baby weight. I have always been a very fit person but since having 2 kids in 2 years and with my slow metabolism, my body just will not allow me to get back to my normal weight. Its very frustrating. All my doc says is that it will be much harder for me to lose weight than the average person. Great, thanks doc. I’ve got a reunion in 2 months and just can’t show up as two ton tilly…help!
Did I mention iworkout 4-5 days a week, WITH a trainer. I’m no couch potato.
My diet has been reviewed by a nutritionist and I was told that it is very healthy, lots of fruits and veggies. I’m slightly neurotic about what I eat, very natural and low fat.

  1. I don’t recommend a weight loss pill because when you stop using them you get fat again. So the best thing to do is to run or do excersise.

  2. TRY ALI

EVERything you eat that contains grease will come out in your fecies

  3. Ally or Alli, not sure on the spelling but its the only FDA approved OTC weight lose pill…..

  4. I didn’t know that proper diet and excercise came in pill form…

  5. i just started a pill called alli, a friend of the family did it and he lost 30 pounds in a month. the only this is you have to really watch what you eat. especially fatty foods.

  6. Don’t know of any good pills for this … but …

I bought some mouth-wash from Boots…. When ever i use it i throw up, so i suggest going to Boots, getting some of this stuff and using afer every meal!

Or just have a liquid diet for a few weeks – the average human can live for 2 weeks just on water!

  7. Go get ali…………..i’ve lost 40lbs in 6 weeks. this is all i did…no ali i’d eat 1500-2000 calories a day and work out EVERY night. Once in awhile u will miss a night or eat to much when you do don’t concentrate on it and just work out a lil harder next time. Try to do an hour of cardio a day or as much as you can. Trust me there is no miracle diet pill. DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF….GIRLS ESPECIALLY ALWAYS DO THIS. only weigh yourself monthly

  8. Hydroxycut, i tell alot of my patients to use it. it works wonders

  9. You can try alli as that is the best over the counter med out there but why not ask your doc for a referral to a dietician too so they can look at your diet and your medical history and work with on all of this.

  10. Take a fiber supplement and a multi-vitamin/mineral. Add 1/2 gallon or more of water per day and gradually cut out large meals and sugar. Your body will stop the insulin spikes associated with sugar and large meals, and therefore stop storing so much visceral fat.

  11. Atkins, you’ll lose like 10 pounds in a week. Thats if…you stick to 20 net carbs a day, also no sugar whatsoever. It gets pretty hard but it’s def. worth it.

  12. No. No pills. Consultr with a Doctor/Dietician.
Pills are NOT the answer, it just promises a “quick fix” that will not last.
Diet and discipline. No easy answers, only hard REAL solutions.

  13. no.. workout

  14. there’s no such thing as natural weight loss pill. my wife has the same problem (thyroid), but she maintanins a good health. i’m really not sure how you diet, but i know that she eats small portions every two to three hours and snack on fruit in between. also, she’s doing the no sugar diet, pretty much whatever she eats, she makes sure that it doesn’t contain any sugar or at least below 8grams. she’s been sticking to this diet ever since we had our child, 4 yrs ago. she’s really fit nad in great health. good luck.

  15. I would not suggest that you take ANY otc pill for weight loss. There is a better approach to achieving your desired weight. With all of the negative things that you hear about these types of pills…. i would HOPE that you would think twice.

    Be safe.. and good luck!

  16. I tried these pills called chitozan. they are actually made from seaweed totally natural and no side affects. You take one pill a half hour befo0re you eat and it actually removes the fat. It helped me lose 105 lbs. it was really great. I can’t take those ones that make you jittery so this one was a nice change. you can look it up online it can be found in health stores as well.

  17. There is no magic pill either over the counter or prescription to PULL the weight off. The only way to loose weight is,

    1. Watch what you eat. Cut out starches, sugar, bread and fried foods.

    2. Increase exercise. Walking, riding a bike, swimming or working out to burn calories.

    3. Drink plenty of water.

    4. Don’t STARVE yourself. Eat four or five SMALL meals each day, about 60% of what you would normally eat each meal. Increase fruits and vegetables. Starvation diets cause the body to begin ” saving” what you eat as fat.

Talk to your doctor and follow a sensable diet plan. Slow and steady weight loose is the best way. Too fast, and it will come right back and then some.

  18. hmm , well ive tried a few , mostly i only wanted them for the extra energy rather than the weight loss incase i lost to much weight now ive tried these

Nutrex Lipo 6 – depending on ur dosage they will make u lose fat along with ur exercise how eva these made me jittery a bit and sumtimes felt sick google the tablet name and check out the website

Ergolean AMP – Worked pretty well on the energy and didnt really give me the jitters or any bad effects

Maximum Lipotropics – Noticed a small loss of fat with these but nothing substantial

    i am currently taking

Metabo Extreme – These work pretty well for getting rid of fat and surpressin hunger for a little while

NOT ALL TABLETS WORK FOR ALL PEOPLE , MAY WORK FOR U AND MAY NOT

hope that little list helped and good luck x

  19. Acomplia is very good. my sister takes it with great results.
You can try to order it online.
Cannot tell where exactly to order. From my past experience –
I have ordered only viagra and cialis on the net so far from a few good pharmacies, but they have other meds as well including Acomplia, so may be you could check them out.

The only problem with buying meds online was that there are so many sh..ty places all over the net that you can easily get lost and get ripped in the end.
you must be very careful if you choose to order meds over the net. a good source for ed meds like viagra cialis levitra is . it is not an online pharmacy but an online community of viagra cialis and levitra users, the site also has got price comparison of cheapest and trusted online pharmacies. From the price tables I prefer v-medical myself.
